Please pass along requests to any contacts you have in organizations in Providence and surrounding areas. We have already received several sponsorships but this is one of our most significant revenue sources and we need more sponsors. Also, timing is critical for sponsor to get the most for their money since advertising will begin soon.

HOPE & MAIN -- FROM IDEAS TO BUSINESSES
Paul Cooney, one of our newer members, introduced Luca Carnevale, Executive Director of Hope & Main in Warren, RI
Luca explained that Hope & Main is an idea, a food incubator, a community, an event space, and a place to learn. Founder Lisa Raiola initially had an idea to bring food lovers together which ultimately culminated in Hope & Main.
Housed in a 100 year old school building, Hope & Main is RI’s first food incubator which helps entrepreneurs in the food industry turn their ideas into businesses. They have three commercial quality kitchens which are rented to members. This allows food entrepreneurs the opportunity to test their products without incurring substantial debt and expense. The overriding mission is to boost the RI food economy. The Hope & Main connection enables members access to retail outlets such as Dave’s Market due to its strong brand.
Hope & Main is also a community of food lovers who are brought together for classes, educational events, and celebrity chef private dinners. Farmers markets are held on site which gives the public access to goods produced by members.
