June Meetings

All four June club meetings will be held both in person and on Zoom.
 
IN PERSON
Meeting on June 8, 15 and 22 will be at the Marriott with lunch beginning at 11:30 and meetings starting at noon. The June 29 meeting will be our annual installation of officers and board members at the Squantum Association on Veterans Memorial Parkway in East Providence; time schedule is the same.
 
We must tell the hotel by noon on the Friday before each meeting how many people will be attending.   Therefore it is essential that you register and pay by noon on Friday before every meeting you plan to attend.    
 
There are options for you to do this.

  1. At the beginning of each month we will post an event signup on the club website where you can select each meeting you plan to attend and pay the total ($26 x # of meetings, computed automatically) by credit card. Please note that if you do not complete the payment, you will not be registered for the meeting. If your plans change before the Friday deadline, you can contact Rob (see phone & email below) to add or cancel a reservation; no refunds can be made after the deadline.

  2. If you prefer not to use the online system you may contact Rob before the deadline -- blackdamp73@gmail.com or 908-310-6411 -- to reserve and then pay at the door.
     

  3. Starting July 1 we will reinstate quarterly lunch billing for members who had been using it before the pandemic began. The cost will be $275. If you wish to cancel or add quarterly billing, please contact Rob by June 15.

If you attend without registering, the Marriott may not be able to give you a complete lunch.
