LEGENDS FOR LITERACY
IS GETTING CLOSER
An update was given concerning progress towards our new signature event, the Legends for Literacy Gala, coming in just a few weeks on Oct. 1.
Brochures for both individuals and potential sponsors are available. All are encouraged to use them when seeking sponsorships. Auction committee chairman Jim Gilcreast gave an unamplified update noting that every club member is part of the committee. They are seeking silent raffle, super raffle, and live auction items. In particular, they would like experiences such as vacations as well as limited edition memorabilia and other unique items or services.
We are quickly closing in on the event date so all are encouraged to line up their personal tickets to the event as well as to work on sponsorships and raffle/auction items. Our next update will be on 9/16.
