Our club had a wonderful event at the India Restaurant on Hope Street in Providence. Several members brought friends which made the party even better.
The passed food was delicious and the bar menu added to the ambiance. Here are some photos of the event.

Environmental Committee Project
Anna Knes, Emily Bernstein, and Sam New are encouraging their fellow Rotarians to help out on Earth day weekend to make the India Point Park a cleaner place. They are partnering with November Project - an exercise group - in this endeavor. The event is this Saturday! Rotary Club of Providence should have a table at the event at the Providence Community Boat House.
There should be trash bags and gloves (about 30 pairs) provided, but they will be first come first served basis.
Rotarians, friends and family welcome!
No need to RSVP. Just show up!
Correction
Brett Smiley, Mayor of Providence will be speaking at the luncheon meeting on May 2, 2023 and NOT at the April 18th meeting as stated in the last newsletter.
