Results of Member Survey
Art Norwalk presented the results of the recent member survey. Approximately 60 (60%) members returned the survey, 70% male and 30% female, reflective of the club’s membership.  There were no major gender or age differences in member opinions.

Qualitative results indicated that members mostly enjoy meetings and would like more member talks and business speakers and a lower meal cost.

The quantitative online survey showed high approval for fellowship and Happy Bucks at meetings, low approval for singing and mixed reviews on speakers. Most responders wanted more hands-on service activities.

If you’d like more detail contact Art and he’ll send you a copy of the presentation. After reviewing the results, Art asked that we send our comments and questions to officers or board members in order for them to be considered along with this report by the board in the near future.
