INSPIRATION
We were doubly inspired as both David Hunter and Erica Busillo-Adams prepared and provided us with inspirational wisdom. Erica quoted May Jemison, the first black female astronaut and David told a heart-warming story of a boy and a puppy perfectly suited for one another.

ANNOUNCEMENTS, Etc.
Thanks to Rob Black and Richard Applebaum for working the front desk. Our greeter was Holly Applegate.

Visiting Rotarians—Sofia Grice who found us online and is interested in literacy, and Jesse Saglio, President of the RI Development Corp.

Mary Brewster is putting together fellowship dinners, called Tent Suppers, to raise money to buy tents to shelter victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas. Dinners will be held by Rotarians in their homes and attendees are asked to make a $50 donation towards hurricane relief. Please contact Mary if you are interested in hosting or attending one of the dinners.

Wendy Marcus and Kris David are spearheading efforts to collect personal care items and unwanted luggage to be donated for use by foster kids. Many times, these kids must collect all of their possessions in a plastic garbage bag when relocating. Please bring in any unwanted luggage you may have to a meeting – Kevin Kernan will store it.
