Introduction by Walter Cotter through his involvement with Tony through Second Story (a defunct theater group) and other theatrical involvements.
 
Anthony's career highlights in law enforcement are:
Middletown Police Department Chief
Dean of the Justice Studies at Roger Williams University
RI State Police: Patrol Division and Intelligence Unit (organized crime investigations)
 
Anthony gave many anecdotes about his involvement with investigating the organized crime families in Rhode Island. He has retired from the force and has been an author of two books with an additional one on the way.
