Youth Pride

Rush Frazier is the executive director of Youth Pride Inc., an organization dedicated to advocating for the needs of LGBTQ+ youth under 23 throughout Rhode Island. In addition to support groups, YPI has a food pantry, clothes closet, and school supplies available to anyone who needs it. Youth Pride Inc. also offers case management and one-to-one counseling services free of charge, no insurance or referral necessary. 

In previous roles, Frazier has worked on several successful initiatives, such as the 2018 MA statewide ballot campaign to defend nondiscrimination protections in public spaces, the repeal of the death penalty in NH, and the implementation of a free citywide bus program in Central MA. Mx. Frazier is also a community herbalist and has taught permaculture landscape design for many years.
