From Simple Beginnings through Self-Determination, Education was her Path

Dr. Sherri Raftery grew up in the Home for Little Wanderers and later in a series of foster homes until she was 17. As a young girl, she found inspiration in her hero Shirley Temple, who often portrayed orphaned characters longing for adoption. Those stories fueled Sherri’s drive and self-determination to build a more stable life for herself. She has dedicated her life to service, giving back to others. Sherri is an Educator, Public Speaker, and Corporate Trainer..

She has earned BS Degree from Emerson College, Masters and, PhD in Education from Endicott College. She is an Adjunct Professor at Fisher College. Board Member of the Home for Little Wanderers, Distinguished Toastmaster
