Jane Babcock Literacy Initiative 2022-2023

The Jane Babcock Literacy Initiative focuses on literacy education in Providence Public Schools. The initative is in memory of Rotarian George Babcocks' mother Jane, who was a librarian in Providence. Each year the club holds a gala called, "Legends for Literacy" that raises funds that supports the club ability to provide reading resources and programs to improve the literacy compentency for students.
