Routine beats mood: Don’t wait to feel like working. Just start. The feeling usually follows the action, not the other way around.
Forgive the fade: If you feel uninspired by 3:00 p.m. don’t panic. You aren’t fading: you just need a “recharge” (a coffee, a walk, or a five-minute scroll through something that isn’t a spreadsheet.)

Minow who died shortly after this interview at age 97. Mr. Bellini treated today’s Rotary members to an excerpt of that interview.
