Adventures of Shark Diving

In 2000 while studying in Australia, Amy Luckiewicz took a break to Fiji to get SCUBA certified. That trip triggered an amazement and love for sharks, big and small. She has traveled the globe to experience these creatures up close and personal, in and out of cages. In 2006, Amy returned to Australia for a great white expedition and met shark advocate Rod Fox. Through her experience with Rod, his family, and hearing about their time spent with author Peter Benchley, Amy saw opportunities to educate people about sharks and more, importantly, participate in conservation.

Amy is a member and past president of the Wakefield, Mass., Rotary Club. Currently, she is a Zone 32 Public Image Zone Assistant Director. and Assistant Governor to four clubs.
