Highway Safety

Roadrage, impaired driving, distrative drivers and on road hazzards can cause accidents on our highways. Anthony Silva, retired Police Chief, and program coordinator for the Rhode Island Police Chief's Association will be providing a presentation on Highway Safety.  

Anthony Silva served as Governor Dan McKee's chief of staff while McKee was lieutenant governor of Rhode Island. Silva also led the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles and the Cumberland Police Department.

Tony earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Bryant University and a master's degree in the administration of justice from Salve Regina University.
